I'm partnering with a three highly respected law firms in Chicago, IL seeking an experienced M&A Paralegal to support a busy corporate practice handling mergers & acquisitions, entity formations, governance matters, and complex transactions.

• Competitive compensation ($90,000-$150,000+, depending on experience)
