Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Corporate Paralegal who will support corporate governance, board operations, and compliance processes under Counsel—Corporate Governance.

You will prepare board materials, manage board portals, assist with SEC disclosures, support Section 16 filings, and help maintain governance records and calendars. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Paralegal certification preferred.
  • 3–6+ years paralegal or governance support experience.
  • Experience supporting Board processes preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Job description

The Corporate Paralegal reports to the Counsel—Corporate Governance and supports the execution of corporate governance, board operations, and compliance processes.

    • Track shareholder proposals and materials

    • Coordinate with board portal providers and proxy vendors
    • Maintain governance systems and data accuracy
  • Tracking & Documentation
    • Maintain governance calendars and trackers
    • Support audits and document management
Total Rewards
  • Salary Range: $70,500 - $105,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
