Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience as a custodian or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums, dusts, mops daily and as needed; steam cleans carpets per manufacturer recommendations.
• Cleans and disinfects areas with germicidal solutions; polishes fixtures and surfaces; washes windows and doors.
• Maintains a warm, friendly atmosphere for employees and visitors in the Corporate Office.
• Maintains designated area supply inventory; prepares supply requests and usage reports.
• Keeps safety procedures current; follows OSHA guidelines and uses safety equipment.
• Collects and removes trash inside and outside work areas; maintains trash containers.
