Job description

Exciting opportunity in Cape Town for an experienced Marketing Manager to join this Property Investment firm.

POSITION INFO :

Our client is a Real Estate Investment company based in the CBD. They are seeking an exceptional individual to become part of a dynamic team, contributing experience, knowledge, and excellent marketing skills to oversee the success of marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and execute a corporate marketing strategy.
  2. Develop a marketing budget.
  3. Standardize company marketing and public relations communication.
  4. Collaborate with media organizations.
  5. Manage all social media portals to build brand awareness.
  6. Assist in producing board reports and presentations.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date property photo library.
  8. Arrange industry events and presentations.
  9. Analyze data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and generate new ideas to enhance brand awareness.
  10. Plan, organize, manage, and execute marketing projects and initiatives.
  11. Conduct competitor and demand research for properties.
  12. Coordinate with external property managers to maximize marketing efforts.
  13. Collaborate with the leasing team to produce property and premises brochures, and design, update, and issue vacancy schedules.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Property experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and AI portals.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, web design, and managing social media pages.
  • Analytical skills to forecast trends and identify challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Experience in conferencing and event management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
