Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience handling issuers in public and private offerings, interfacing with the SEC, and advising on disclosure, governance, and reporting; additional experience in public and private company M&A is a strong plus. • Experience representing issuers in public and private offerings
• Interfacing with the SEC and regulators; governance and reporting duties

Responsibilities

• Handle Corporate M&A and securities matters with lean staffing and significant client interaction.
• Provide high-quality drafting and compliance support for disclosure, filings, and governance.
