Job Details

The firm is seeking a Corporate & M&A Partner with experience advising companies, business owners, and investors throughout the business lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted business advisor, and continuing to grow a sophisticated transactional practice.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to Connecticut Bar preferred
  • Significant experience practicing corporate law, M&A, or business transactions
  • Established client relationships and portable book of business preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a regional practice
