Our client is seeking a senior-level corporate attorney to join its established transactional practice. This role is designed for an attorney with substantial experience handling complex business transactions who is looking to take on a more active role in deal execution, client interaction, and overall matter management.

Core Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate transactions and M&A
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Contract drafting and negotiation
    • Mergers and acquisitions
    • Financings and private capital transactions
    • Ongoing business and corporate advisory work
  • Familiarity with securities matters is beneficial but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Admission to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania is preferred
