Patronus AI is seeking corporate and transactional paralegals to join our frontier AI research operation in the United States. In this role you will handle due diligence, data rooms, disclosure schedules and signature pages, and assist with closings while maintaining entity records and cap tables.

You don't need an AI background. You will explain processes, review task packets, flag unrealistic elements, and help build precise scoring rubrics.

Responsabilités

• Explain how the work is done in your role: the steps, the documents, who decides what, and where things go wrong.
• Review realistic task packets, such as closing checklists, disclosure schedules, diligence trackers, data room indexes, cap tables and purchase or merger agreements, and flag anything a practitioner would find unrealistic.
• Write scoring rubrics precise enough that two independent reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Create new, original tasks from fictional scenarios, solve them yourself and document your reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meet agreed deadlines and work in reviewer feedback.

Pay: $50-$100/hr

Commitment: Flexible, typically 10-20 hours per week

We're looking for corporate and transactional paralegals who do this work today. In your role you run due diligence and data rooms, prepare disclosure schedules and signature pages, manage closings and keep entity records and cap tables. You'll help us show frontier AI models how that work is really done, and where they get it wrong. You don't need an AI background.
