Patronus AI is seeking contracts managers and specialists to draft, review and redline commercial agreements, manage amendments and renewals, and track obligations after signature. You’ll help demonstrate frontier AI practices to clients, and you don’t need an AI background.

Flexible, hourly commitment of 10–20 hours weekly. The role focuses on documenting processes, evaluating MSAs, SaaS and vendor agreements, and ensuring accuracy across all contract stages.

• Write scoring rubrics precise enough for consistent verdicts.
• Create new tasks from scenarios, solve and document reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meet deadlines and respond to reviewer feedback.

We're looking for contracts managers and specialists who do this work today. In your role you draft, review and redline commercial agreements against a playbook, manage amendments and renewals, and track obligations and notice periods after signature. You'll help us show frontier AI models how that work is really done, and where they get it wrong. You don\'t need an AI background.

What you\'ll do

• Explain how the work is done in your role: the steps, the documents, who decides what, and where things go wrong.
• Review realistic task packets, such as MSAs, SaaS and vendor agreements, redlines, playbooks, amendments, renewal and notice trackers and obligation logs, and flag anything a practitioner would find unrealistic.
• Write scoring rubrics precise enough that two independent reviewers reach the same verdict.
• Create new, original tasks from fictional scenarios, solve them yourself and document your reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meet agreed deadlines and work in reviewer feedback.
