An established national law firm, with a highly collaborative office in Minneapolis, is currently seeking an M&A Attorney to join their corporate team, full-time.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses, and excellent benefits to match. Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20+. Lateral partners are welcome to apply (portable business NOT required). Portable client bases can be well supported within the firm.
