Qualifications

• Minimum five years of law firm M&A experience.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
• Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents.
• Conduct due diligence investigations and reports.
• Manage junior attorneys and paralegals on transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal execution.
• Stay updated on developments to provide strategic advice.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with 34 Act and 33 Act where applicable.
