Qualifications

• 4–7 years of significant corporate transactional experience.
• Strong M&A experience, ideally including public company transactions.
• Experience with take-private transactions would be particularly valuable.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition agreements and related transaction documentation.
• Experience drafting sophisticated M&A documents.
• Experience leading or supervising due diligence processes.
• The ability to take significant responsibility for transactions with limited supervision.
• Excellent academic credentials and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-management skills.
• Active Florida Bar admission and good standing.
