Job summary

Arena Family of Companies in Colorado is seeking a commercial contracts attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier, service and NDA agreements to keep a big business moving.

The ideal candidate holds a JD with 5–7+ years of transactional experience (in-house a plus). This is an on-site role with relocation support; you’ll partner with sales, procurement, and marketing to inform deals while protecting the company's

• JD and 5 to 7+ years of transactional experience, with law firm experience preferred.
• In-house experience is a plus but not required. This is a transactional role, not litigation.

• Act as a practical, business-minded advisor who helps the business get deals done
• Build and improve templates, playbooks and contract processes so the team can scale

Some legal departments are quiet places where contracts wait their turn. This isn’t one of them. Sales needs a customer agreement turned around by Thursday. Procurement is mid-negotiation with a new supplier. Marketing wants a green light on a promotion before it launches. This attorney is in the middle of all of it, keeping a very big business moving without giving away the store.

I’m partnering with a large, well-established national company to find a commercial contracts attorney who enjoys volume, moves fast and has the judgment to know when to say yes and when to hold the line. The role is on-site in Colorado with a full relocation package available.

What you’ll do:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for sales, marketing and procurement teams, including customer, supplier, service, licensing and NDAs
• Act as a practical, business-minded advisor who helps the business get deals done
• Build and improve templates, playbooks and contract processes so the team can scale
• Partner with stakeholders at every level and push back with confidence when it matters

What you bring:

• JD and 5 to 7+ years of transactional experience, with law firm experience preferred
• A track record of handling high contract volume while staying organized and balanced
• Comfort prioritizing, delegating and saying no when it serves the business
• In-house experience is a plus but not required. This is a transactional role, not litigation.
