Job summary

L&W Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a corporate attorney for a transactional practice in New Jersey. This is deal work where your name will appear on closings, not second chair. You will manage M&A documents, due diligence, and closings while advising on formation and governance for clients.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate transactional practice with NJ bar admission; NY admission or transferable UBE is a plus. Full-time, in-office position in Woodbridge, NJ with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A and due diligence.
• New Jersey bar admission is required.
• New York admission or transferable UBE score is a plus.
• Healthcare transactional experience is a strong plus, not required.
• Writing samples will be requested.

• Five or more years of corporate transactional practice, including M&A documentation, private equity transactions, due diligence and closings.
• New Jersey bar admission is required.
• New York admission, or a transferable UBE score, is a plus but not a requirement.
• Healthcare transactional experience is a strong plus, not a prerequisite.
• Writing samples will be requested.

The Details

• Full-time, in office in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
• Base salary $155,000 to $170,000.
