Job description

We are a boutique legal and advisory firm seeking a United States-licensed attorney to assist with buy-side Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Joinder Agreements on a per-contract, as-needed basis. This is a remote, flexible engagement ideal for attorneys looking to supplement or kick-start their practice.

Role Requirements:

• Licensed U.S. attorney (any state);
• Familiarity with NDA provisions, including confidentiality carveouts, non-circumvents, term, and use restrictions;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in transactional law, in-house contracts, or similar work;
• Detail-oriented and responsive with reliable turnaround times.

What you’ll do:

• Review and negotiate a high volume of buy-side NDAs for investment banks, in line with client-directed turnaround times;
• Engage remotely with in-house legal teams at financial services companies;
• Independently operate and execute client contract requests in a timely manner, adhering to clients’ standards.
