Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) related to mergers and acquisitions

- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely completion of NDA reviews

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all NDA-related activities

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
