Job summary

Global AM 100 Law Firm in New York, NY, is seeking a K&I Attorney to join the Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) team and drive the delivery of knowledge resources, precedents, and market data for corporate/M&A lawyers.

You will lead practice enablement and innovation initiatives, delivering training and communications to drive tech adoption, including generative AI solutions, while supporting client engagements with scalable knowledge materials.

Qualifications

• J.D. and 4+ years of experience practicing Capital Markets, M&A or corporate law at a top-tier firm.
• Deep understanding of transactional workflows, legal documents, and deal dynamics.
• Demonstrated interest in legal innovation, tech adoption, and process improvement.
• Experience supporting private equity clients is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in a knowledge, innovation, or legal tech role is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
