This role emphasizes practical business solutions in a fast-paced tech setting, with ownership from analysis to resolution.

You’ll coordinate with outside counsel as needed and support ThreatLocker’s global IP strategy and employment programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, with IP and employment law.
• Experience advising on trademark, copyright, licensing, or IP matters.
• Familiarity with patent processes and litigation support.

Responsibilities

• Advise on intellectual property and employment law matters for the company.
• Draft and prosecute IP applications and manage IP portfolios.
• Provide practical legal guidance to HR, Product, Engineering and leadership.
