Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in IP and employment law.
• Experience at a law firm or in-house counsel, or both.

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal, state, and local IP and employment law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements and employment documents.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership on investigations, hiring, and compliance.
• Manage outside counsel on IP disputes and employment litigation as needed.
