Job summary

ThreatLocker is seeking a Contracts Administrator/Paralegal to support legal operations in a fast-growing SaaS cybersecurity company. Based in Orlando, the role focuses on drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

A strong background in commercial contracts and data privacy is required. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal credential and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal credential related to business law.
2 years’ minimum experience with commercial SaaS contracts and cybersecurity preferred.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, redline, and draft commercial and vendor agreements.
Provide administrative support for legal documentation and workflows.
Assist in compliance projects, especially data privacy regulations.
Research and document contractual risk factors to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain contracting processes, templates, and policies.
Monitor evolving laws and regulations affecting SaaS, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
