Job summary

ThreatLocker in Orlando, FL is seeking a Corporate Attorney – Intellectual Property & Employment Law to join our legal team. The role combines IP strategy with employment-law oversight and requires coordinating with leadership, HR, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to advance practical, business‑oriented solutions.

The attorney will manage IP matters, review agreements, supervise trademark/ patent activities, and provide actionable guidance to protect ThreatLocker’s technology and workforce.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar in good standing
• 3–5 years in IP and employment law
• Experience at law firm, in-house, or both
• Experience advising on IP matters: trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing

Responsibilities

• Advise on IP, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, software.
• Draft/prosecute US and international patent applications; respond to Office Actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, marketing and counsel to protect products.
