Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Investigator in Las Vegas to conduct complex investigations across multiple states. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance and IT to uncover facts, document findings, and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate, law enforcement, or retail investigations
• Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation investigations
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws relevant to investigations
• Strong interviewing, credibility assessment, and evidence analysis
• Ability to manage multiple cases and senior leadership communications
• Proficiency with investigative case-management and IT collaboration
• Valid driver's license and any required licenses or certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt, thorough investigations from intake to closure
• Investigate misconduct affecting inventory, customer transactions, and assets
• Interview complainants, witnesses, and subjects; assess credibility
• Collect and preserve records, footage, data, and electronic evidence
• Maintain case records, chain-of-custody, and retention compliance
• Prepare objective reports with findings and recommendations
• Support HR with fact-finding; senior leadership decisions remain with leaders
• Coordinate with Legal, IT, Finance for legal interpretations and controls
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to policies and controls
• Collaborate with law enforcement and outside counsel as required
• Contribute to litigation support and testimony as needed
