Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Interior Designer with 2–5 years of experience to deliver thoughtful, modern solutions for corporate interiors in a collaborative Philadelphia team. You will work with project managers and designers, using Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools to develop concepts, specs, and presentations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, client communication, and the ability to contribute across all project phases in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• At least 2 years of experience on interior design projects, preferably corporate interiors.
• Demonstrated corporate workplace design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit across multiple design phases.
• Strong attention to detail and clear design communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of interior design projects under project managers.
• Collaborate with interior designers to develop cohesive concepts for corporate interiors.
• Create drawings, renderings, and presentation materials using Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Research finishes, materials, colors, and furnishings aligned with project goals.
• Prepare design and presentation drafting, including plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Develop furniture specifications and finish boards to communicate design intent.
• Assist with client presentations and materials for business development.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness.
• Learn applicable codes and standards relevant to interior design and corporate workplaces.
• Contribute to a collaborative, 35-person project team across all project phases.
