Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or equivalent years of education and experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in corporate risk management, insurance brokerage, underwriting, claims, construction risk, policy administration, or a related insurance role.
• Experience with commercial insurance policies, coverage analysis, renewals, broker/carrier coordination, and policy documentation required.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office; ability to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze corporate insurance policies, binders, endorsements, schedules, certificates, and related documentation.
• Coordinate renewals and placements with brokers, managing timelines and data.
• Assess needs and coverage options for business initiatives with brokers and stakeholders.
• Maintain insurance program data and reporting in RMIS and related systems.
• Develop resources like coverage summaries, policy schedules, and renewal trackers.
• Analyze information to support audits, claims, vendor/subcontractor requirements, and risk decisions.
• Evaluate and improve insurance administration processes, documentation, workflows, and data controls.
