The candidate should have a Property & Casualty license, 2+ years in sales, and solid MS Office skills, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with ongoing training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in a call center or sales role.
• Experience with Personal Lines insurance policies.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell a variety of insurance policies to potential customers via phone and email.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance sales and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and internal teams.
• Accurately process all required paperwork and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and compliance courses.
• Maintain active licenses with support from Licensing Department.
• Assist in onboarding and training newly hired agents.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
