Job summary

Accela Healthcare seeks a skilled Corporate HVAC Technician to maintain critical HVAC systems across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. You will troubleshoot, service, and preventive-maintain diverse equipment as part of a regional maintenance team.

The role requires at least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust and make-up air systems.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Willingness to participate in emergency and after-hours service calls.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, air handlers, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and make-up air units.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency HVAC service calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work closely with Regional Maintenance Directors and facility leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
