Job summary

WeCare Centers in Pennsylvania seeks a Regional HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our facilities. You will monitor operations, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to issues to ensure uninterrupted comfort and safety.

• PA HVAC license or equivalent certification for PA work.
• Minimum of 5+ years related HVAC experience preferred.

• Perform preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Respond to hot/cold calls and troubleshoot promptly.
• Inspect and replace valves, motors, controls, wiring, and components.

Regional HVAC Technician

As a Regional HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for our heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
• Monitor HVAC systems and operations to identify potential issues and prevent malfunctions
• Perform routine preventive maintenance according to schedules and standards
• Respond to hot and cold calls, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Check, repair, and replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pump compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
• Document all work into Regge - work order system
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner
• Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments
• Apply all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• HVAC repair and installation knowledge and experience
• 5+ years related work experience preferred
• Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state of PA
• Minimum requirement is EPA CFC Universal Certificate
• Successful candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and nurture a healthy and safe working environment
