Qualifications

• Interest in corporate housing, relocation services, hospitality, or housing operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating web-based systems; willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Record and document client housing requirements (location, dates, length of stay, budget, occupants, pets).
• Conduct initial housing research across hotels, extended-stay, corporate apartments, and private rentals.
• Collect availability, general rate ranges, and property info to assist senior staff.
