Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practicing attorney experience.
• Active admission to the US Bar in good standing.
• Admitted or willing to seek admission to the Delaware Bar.
• Law degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Initiate shareholder demands and actions.
• Generate and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft briefs and other court submissions.
• Manage case load and coordinate with co-counsel.
