Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, to join our team and help drive enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. You will support NSPB tooling, perform variance analyses, and participate in weekly forecasting, monthly MBRs, and the annual planning process.

You will translate complex financial data into clear insights for leadership, partner with cross-functional teams, and build dashboards using Tableau and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Experience with enterprise planning and budgeting tools, particularly NetSuite/NSB.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Support NSPB tool as co-owner, including forecast cycle setup and maintenance, data accuracy checks, reporting customization, and process improvements.
• Partner with Accounting, Reporting, and IT to troubleshoot NSPB issues and implement enhancements.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of costs and key financial metrics; document explanations and escalate material items.
• Support weekly forecasting cadence, including revenue/margin flash reporting and headcount tracking.
• Prepare and validate financial materials for Monthly Business Reviews and Board reporting; craft management commentary on trends and risks.
• Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual planning; build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Salesforce, and other tools to drive analytics; support balance sheet and cash flow modeling.
