As Corporate & Foundation Relations Officer, you'll lead Goodwill South Florida's strategic partnerships—working alongside executive leadership to expand relationships with corporations, foundations, and civic leaders who want to make a measurable difference in our community.

Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with corporations, business leaders, chambers of commerce, civic organizations, and community partners.
Create partnerships that extend beyond sponsorships by connecting employers with workforce development initiatives, employee engagement opportunities, volunteerism, philanthropy, and community impact.
Become a trusted advisor and connector for organizations seeking meaningful ways to strengthen both their businesses and their communities.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with private, family, corporate, and community foundations.
Develop compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate Goodwill's measurable impact while securing investments that expand workforce development programs across South Florida.
Represent Goodwill throughout South Florida while building relationships with influential executives, philanthropists, civic leaders, and community organizations.
Serve as one of the organization's primary ambassadors and thought partners within the business community.
Collaborate with executive leadership to design new partnership models that create value for employers while generating philanthropic investment and expanding Goodwill's mission.
Help position Goodwill as South Florida's workforce partner of choice.
Develop and grow sponsorship support for Goodwill's signature fundraising and community events.
Create sponsorship experiences that provide meaningful visibility, employee engagement, and measurable community impact.
Deliver an exceptional experience for every partner through thoughtful stewardship, strategic communication, impact reporting, and ongoing engagement.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds including:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience developing executive-level relationships and securing philanthropic or strategic partnerships is highly valued.
Experience with fundraising CRM systems such as Blackbaud is preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
