Job summary

The Worker seeks a Corporate and Foundation Relationship Specialist to advance fundraising through strategic partnerships and compelling proposals. You will work with the Chief Development Officer to develop funding opportunities, manage grant submissions, and communicate program impact to funders.

You will build relationships with funders, conduct prospect research, and craft persuasive funding narratives in collaboration with Marketing and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, format, and submit grant proposals.
• Manage the full grant lifecycle including tracking, reporting, and stewardship.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with funders and partners.
• Identify funding opportunities and maintain a robust funding pipeline.
• Translate program outcomes into compelling funding narratives and reports.
• Collaborate with Programs, Finance, Leadership, and Marketing to gather data.
