Job summary

Plus One, part of the Optum Workplace Well-being portfolio, seeks an Exercise Specialist Supervisor to oversee a large corporate fitness center at the Beaverton, OR headquarters. You will lead the Exercise Specialist team, ensure high service standards, and support member engagement events.

Responsibilities include designing fitness and wellness programs, tracking member consultations, staying current with certifications, and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a current NCCA-accredited personal training certification.
• Leadership or management experience is required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a large corporate fitness center.
• Lead and develop the Exercise Specialist team for exceptional service.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs for employees.
• Track and report member consultations, participation, and events.
• Manage member inquiries and payment processing.
• Support engagement initiatives and site activities.
• Ensure certifications and ongoing training for staff.
