Job summary

firstPRO, Inc seeks a Corporate Financial Controller for our Burlington, MA client. This is the #1 role in accounting, overseeing all accounting operations and reporting to the CFO. The position is hybrid in-office (Mon-Thu).

Candidates must have a CPA (active/inactive), 10+ years in product manufacturing or CPG, progressive leadership at high-growth companies, and strong executive presence and communication. Compensation up to $250K base plus 20% bonus and equity; benefits included.

My private equity backed consumer manufacturing client in Burlington, MA is seeking a Corporate Financial Controller to serve as the #1 person in accounting and oversee all aspects of accounting operations. Reporting into the CFO, this role would be hybrid in-office (Monday through Thursday).
