Job summary

Enfinity Global in Miami is seeking a Corporate Finance intern to join the team. You will work directly with the Director of Corporate Finance, supporting live workstreams and gaining hands-on exposure to capital decisions at a growth-stage energy company.

You will help prepare investor materials, manage communications with investors and lenders, assist due diligence, participate in IC submissions, and contribute to financial modeling and recurring reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or STEM (non-traditional backgrounds welcome).
• Some financial modeling experience with Excel-based DCF or scenario analysis; spreadsheet and financial logic basics are important.
• Clear, precise written communication for investor materials and leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and applying them to workflows.
• Self-directed work style; able to take loosely defined tasks and deliver structured output.
• Interest in energy, infrastructure, or project finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of investor-facing materials for the company’s capital raise, including teasers, presentations, and data room content.
• Help manage investor and lender communications, tracking outreach, follow-ups, and information requests across the fundraising process.
• Support due diligence workflows and coordinate responses from institutional investors and financial advisors.
• Assist with Investment Committee submissions, memos, exhibits, and approval packages for capital allocation visibility.
• Participate in hands-on financial modeling, including scenario analysis, valuation support, and recurring reporting models.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting across the platform, supporting cross-functional coordination.
• Help build, test, and refine AI-powered workflows to improve document generation and investor tracking.
• Assist in evaluating new AI capabilities to stay current on tools for finance operations.
