• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; this is a true business partner role with heavy cross-functional interaction
• Outgoing, professional, and comfortable presenting financials at all levels
• Independent problem solver with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Enterprise Performance Management system experience is a plus
• Must hold a US Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Someone who wants to grow
