We seek candidates with 2–5 years of corporate finance or M&A practice, a JD from an accredited law school, an active Bar license, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Conduct and support due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Assist in structuring and executing corporate financing transactions.
• Provide counsel on general corporate matters, including governance and compliance.
