Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst in Charleston, SC. You will support underwriting, portfolio analysis, and reporting for employee coinvestment funds while collaborating with senior leaders.

You will interface with external affiliates, assist in 409A valuations, and help prepare board materials and capital allocation packages. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and finance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance with GPA 3.2+.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting and portfolio management of employee coinvestment funds.
• Interfacing with external affiliates for fundraising and investment reporting needs for sponsor equity positions and Greystar.
• Supporting quarterly external financial reporting to bondholders, including CFO call script and CEO Q&A.
• Preparing quarterly updates for Greystar’s Board of Directors and ad hoc memorandums.
• Preparing quarterly performance packages for the Employee Equity Ownership Plan.
