The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in institutional investment banking, a military veteran background, and proven leadership to recruit and develop a high-performing team. Relocation to Dallas is expected for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen existing corporate finance relationships with institutional clients throughout Texas
• Identify opportunities to expand business across debt capital markets, public finance, asset management, and equity trading
• Lead the development and expansion of the Dallas office, including recruiting and mentoring financial services professionals
• Build relationships with corporate executives, institutional investors, municipalities, and financial decision-makers
• Travel throughout Texas to meet with clients, maintain strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with investment banking and capital markets teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Position Title: VP Corporate Finance Banking

We are seeking an experienced VP of Corporate Finance Banking professional to lead and expand investment banking operations in Dallas, Texas. This role will focus on managing and strengthening corporate client relationships, identifying opportunities across debt capital markets, public finance, asset management, and equity trading, and supporting the strategic growth of the firm's Texas presence. The selected professional will play a key role in developing the Dallas office, expanding institutional relationships, and building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate is a military veteran with a strong institutional investment banking background, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ambition to lead a growing market. We welcome experienced Associates ready to advance, established Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors with proven industry relationships and leadership capabilities.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $225,000 / annually, DOE
