Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months' experience in customer service or information handling.
• Six months' experience in office support tasks such as drafting, filing, and handling mail.
• Six months' experience in mathematics (basic arithmetic, percentages).
• Six months' experience using automated information systems to enter, update, and report data.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes legal corporate and Uniform Commercial Code documents.
• Conducts research using Delaware corporate data and tax records.
• Determines compliance with legal requirements and advises on corrective actions.
• Responds to inquiries from attorneys, corporate officials, and the public regarding UCC, corporate documents, taxes, and fees.
