Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in large food service/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead diverse culinary teams and drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor regional chefs and culinary directors.
• Oversee Culinary Circle and drive culinary innovation across locations.
• Establish and safeguard culinary standards; develop new recipes and concepts.
• Provide field operations support and ensure high-quality food service delivery.
• Manage department budget and implement cost-effective practices.
