As a college graduate with 1+ years of related experience, you will be highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with strong communication skills to engage attendees and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multiple high-level business events each year.
  • Provide outstanding client service before, during, and after each event.
  • Manage RSVP processes, coordinate meeting schedules, and support onsite logistics.
  • Update event mobile apps and drive attendee engagement.
  • Research venues, vendors, and offsite experiences.
  • Book travel and assist with administrative logistics.

Location: New York, NY (The Graybar Building)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000

Travel: 6–8 times per year (predominantly domestic with limited international travel, if required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Worldwide Business Research (WBR) is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator to support our Meeting Planning team in delivering industry-leading B2B conferences. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer service, vendor coordination, and onsite event logistics.

WBR NY’s Meeting Planning team is responsible for the successful execution of all events produced by the WBR North America office. There is no detail too small and no obstacle too large for us to handle to ensure a successful event. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer experiences to our audience.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the execution of multiple high-level business events each year

Who You Are
  • A college graduate with 1+ years of work experience (admin, customer service, hospitality, or events preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Strong communicator—both written and verbal
  • Proactive, adaptable, and excited to grow in the events industry
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tech‑savvy; experience with event tools a plus
