Why WBR?

WBR Insights—the research and digital marketing arm of Worldwide Business Research—partners with some of the world’s most influential brands to deliver high-impact, metrics-driven campaigns. Our integrated solutions include custom research, content syndication, webinars, and private functions, providing clients with direct access to our community of senior decision-makers across 10+ industries.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of client-facing campaign execution and sales enablement. This role is designed for a marketer who thrives in managing complex initiatives, building strong client relationships, and using data to drive better performance. With a focus on multi-channel campaign management—including demand generation, product, and networking events—this position requires someone equally comfortable in strategy, execution, and client communication. The ideal candidate has agency or equivalent client-facing experience and understands how to bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of client campaigns (email, paid ads, content syndication, ABM) to meet lead generation and engagement goals.
  • Customer Success: Partner with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products or services, acting as the relationship manager between the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, and other business units, to align marketing efforts and achieve data-driven results.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and social performance, using data on key account management, new business, win-backs, and retention, to drive decisions on current and future sales strategy.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute HTML email campaigns that ensure brand alignment and optimize performance.
  • Acquisition: Plan, develop, and execute acquisition strategies to attract senior-level attendees at our custom events.
  • Content & Visibility: Partner with the Insights team on social/content integration and plan for onsite activities to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Creative Support: Design templates to support product roll-outs, rebrands, and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or campaign management, ideally within an agency, events, or SaaS/technology company.
  • Strong background in client communication and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and social publishing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into action.
  • Creative skills for developing templates, presentations, and client-ready deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple, parallel initiatives.
