Job summary
Systematic Business Consulting seeks a senior reliability-focused engineer to shape enterprise standards and capital programs at the corporate level in the United States. You will mentor plant engineers and drive long-term asset performance initiatives across sites.
You will lead reliability initiatives, standardize PM/PdM programs, and collaborate with operations, quality, safety, and supply chain leadership to improve production efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing engineering, reliability, or maintenance experience.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Multi-site or corporate engineering influence.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Proven experience with PM/PdM programs and reliability strategy.
- Experience supporting capital projects and equipment specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Establish corporate engineering standards and best practices across sites
- Serve as enterprise SME for equipment, utilities, and automation
- Lead cross-site reliability initiatives and root cause analysis
- Standardize PM/PdM programs and CMMS governance
- Support capital planning and execution (new lines, automation, upgrades)
- Review equipment specifications, layouts, and engineering designs
- Coach plant engineering leaders and maintenance management
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain leadership
