Responsibilities

• Perform specific tasks as directed by the supervisor according to unit needs.
• Set up, operate, and disassemble equipment such as meat slicer, food processor, Robocoupe, choppers, blenders and mixers.
• Operate cooking and warming equipment including saute burners, convection oven, kettle steamer, pizza oven, grill and fryer.
• Follow verbal and written instructions from the supervisor and ensure safety protocols.
• Maintain patient and personal hygiene; comply with COVID-19 and sanitation standards.
• Receive, unpack, rotate and store deliveries as instructed by supervisor.
