Factor Talent is seeking a strategic Corporate Development leader to guide the Company's M&A strategy, identify growth opportunities, and drive due diligence and integration across a high-growth portfolio. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of private equity, investment banking, corporate development / M&A or related strategic finance with healthcare deal experience.
  • Strategic thinker with bias for action; capable of structuring problems and driving solutions.
  • Strong business ownership; can manage complex projects end-to-end.
  • Executive communication skills; able to distill complex financial data for senior leadership.
  • Collaborative, low-ego mindset; thrives in a fast-growing environment.

Job description

We are looking for an analytical and results-oriented problem-solver to join our corporate strategy efforts. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Strategy, this team member will join the Corporate Development team to help lead the Company's M&A strategy by identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and partnering with functional and brand leaders to ensure successful integration post-acquisition. Our Corporate Strategy function, of which M&A is a core pillar, has broad exposure across the business and plays a critical role in informing platform-level capital allocation priorities as well as tactical decisions within core markets leveraging data-driven insights. Successful candidates will have a meaningful impact on the value creation and growth within a mission-driven organization grounded in humility and hard work. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering strong mentorship, hands-on involvement in major growth initiatives, and a front-row seat to the strategic direction of a high-growth, private equity-backed business

What You Will Do:
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to company leadership to define and execute the Company's growth strategy
  • Architect growth theses and advance comprehensive market assessments to help operationalize longer-term strategic priorities, and optimize resource allocation and investment decisions
  • Partner with TEAM brand CEOs on add-on acquisitions and broader growth strategy in existing markets by driving both deal execution and assessment of local market opportunities
  • Lead the investing and due diligence process from beginning to end with a high degree of autonomy
  • Develop financial models and Investment Committee materials that serve as the foundation for M&A decisions
  • Work with key functional and regional leadership to ensure effective post-close integration and performance
  • Enhance our playbook and processes to drive continuous improvement in decision-making and execution
  • Build, mentor, and scale the Corporate Development function
What We Are Looking For:
  • Exceptional financial and value creation acumen, including deep expertise in financial modeling, M&A, and quantitative analysis
  • 3-5 years of private equity, investment banking, corporate development / M&A or similar strategic finance experience with a proven track record of healthcare deal execution
  • A strategic mindset with a bias for action - someone who can identify opportunities, structure problems, and drive solutions
  • Strong business ownership, with the ability to take complex projects from conception to execution
  • Executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to distill complex financial data into compelling insights for senior leadership
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams a growth mindset, eager to take on challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
