Job summary

GEODIS is a global 3PL enabling seamless movement of goods for leading brands. We seek a transactional attorney to structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, statements of work, and exhibits.

You will advise executives and collaborate with Freight Forwarding, Transportation Management, and Corporate Support to assess risk and manage contracts. Ideal candidates are bar admitted with 4+ years in transactional law, proficient in MS Office, and able to read and interpret safety

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to a state bar and in good standing.
• Ability to practice law in at least one state; TN bar license or in-house license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, redlines, and negotiates complex commercial agreements and contracts.
• Drafts detailed statements of work and key exhibits with cross-functional teams.
• Advises executives and interacts with Freight Forwarding, Transportation Management, and Corporate Support.
