Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our advisory team in the NY, Boston, or NV office. You will work closely with the General Counsel, handling regulatory and governance matters while drafting client engagements, vendor agreements, and strategic arrangements.

You will also support litigation coordination with outside counsel and contribute to risk management initiatives. Experience with AI compliance is a must; a strong background in corporate law and experience across

Qualifications

• > Requires JD and bar admission; experience in regulatory and governance matters.
• > Experience with drafting and negotiating corporate agreements (client engagements, vendor agreements).
• > Exposure to litigation support and coordinating with outside counsel; familiarity with restructuring or fiduciary matters preferred.
• > Experience with AI-related regulatory/compliance considerations is a plus.

Job description

Client is an Advisory/Consulting firm who is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their team in the NY, Boston or NV office. Will work closely with the GC and handle regulatory matters, risk matters, corporate governance and drafting agreements such as client engagements, vendor agreements, and strategic arrangements. Will support the General Counsel in managing litigation, disputes, and claims, including coordination with outside counsel. Exposure to restructuring, insolvency, fiduciary, or court‑mandated matters (e.g., Chapter 11 or receivership proceedings) is preferred.

Experience with AI a must. Competitive salary and bonus. 401(K) match and profit sharing. This is an addition to the team.
