Sika Corporation seeks a Corporate Counsel for the USA to manage corporate law matters, draft and negotiate key agreements, and support multiple departments. The role requires NJ licensure and experience in corporate/commercial law in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will travel to Sika businesses across the United States to provide legal support, coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Finance, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 2–5 years experience in Corporate, Commercial, and Product Liability Law preferred.
• Basic understanding of Corporate Finance/Accounting.

Responsabilités

• Handle contracts, product warranties, product literature, and litigation matters.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements including supply, packaging, equipment, private label, manufacturing, lease, real estate, service, license, IT, warranty, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance and HR.
• Travel regularly to U.S. locations to provide legal support and training.
