The role involves reviewing contracts, providing general legal guidance, and helping with policies, compliance, and documentation. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $195,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work with different areas of business law.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
